What you'll do

• Partner with the CEO to translate strategy into priorities, operating plans, goals, and accountabilities
• lead cross-department implementation and risk management
• supervise program directors and operating leaders
• oversee program quality, compliance, budgets, facilities, technology, and organizational systems
• support workforce planning, leadership development, and expansion
• prepare operational information for board reporting.
