Vice President, Regional Operations

What you'll do

• Lead assigned data center facilities operations
• own regional operational results, service levels, maintenance, work orders, incident response, staffing, budgets, and readiness
• develop regional leaders
• manage budgets, forecasts, and cost initiatives
• oversee vendors and contracts
• direct escalation and critical-event response
• ensure incident investigation and corrective action
• implement the Operational Management System and compliance programs
• monitor KPIs, audits, and customer commitments
• partner on customer priorities and improvement initiatives
• support growth, new-site mobilization, capital planning, expansion, due diligence, and integration.
