What you'll do

• Run shifts and organize the team
• provide customer service and resolve guest concerns
• maintain speed, accuracy, food quality, and cleanliness
• train and coach team members
• make labor decisions based on sales and business needs
• handle opening, closing, and cash responsibilities
• follow policies and food safety requirements
• communicate issues to the General Manager.
