What you'll do

• Establish new securities and maintain existing securities in the AddVantage platform.
• Update daily prices for private placement assets while reviewing issuer statements, monitor and resolve stale or aged prices, and process cost-basis adjustments and transaction amendments.
• Coordinate Return of Capital payments with the Tax Department, provide audit documentation, and participate in departmental cross-training.
