What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance to team members
• resolve escalated issues and validate team work
• recommend process improvements
• coordinate with clients on AV requirements and equipment integration
• oversee AV equipment installation, configuration, operation, and disassembly
• maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• track inventory
• coordinate vendor repairs and replacements
• perform production editing
• support live events, meetings, conferencing, webcasting, and video teleconferencing
• research and support implementation of new technologies
• document requests and activities and provide monthly metrics.
