The project manager oversees projects from estimating through closeout and serves as the primary contact for owners and clients. The role manages budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, change orders, project teams, and construction administration to support successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary owner/client contact
• facilitate contracts and negotiate subcontracts
• lead estimates through GMP establishment
• oversee construction administration, procurement, notices, and change orders
• prepare forecasts and payment applications
• track self-performed labor
• mentor project engineers
• coordinate schedules and design issues.
