What you'll do

• Create and carry out monthly and weekly activity calendars, including one-to-one programming
• guide staff on life enrichment’s impact on residents’ quality of life
• review programs for compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
• maintain time, attendance, and inventory records
• document progress toward treatment goals
• lead planning and delivery of community events with the Executive Director’s support
• assist with activity layouts and decorations.
