Primary Therapist (RTF)

The Primary Therapist (RTF) works onsite in Bellevue, WA. Pay is $34–$55 per hour. The therapist provides care in partial hospitalization, residential, and intensive outpatient settings for patients ages 13–65. The role delivers individual and group therapy, primarily using a Dialectical Behavior Therapy framework, and contributes to patient safety and treatment progress through crisis intervention, family coordination, clinical documentation, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group therapy using a DBT framework
• deliver crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, safety planning, and de-escalation
• coordinate family involvement and care
• collaborate on treatment and discharge planning
• create and update behavioral treatment plans
• complete clinical documentation in the electronic medical record
• contribute to the DBT Consultation Team and support a safe, supervised patient milieu.

Why this role

Requires a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related therapy field; a Washington provisional license or out-of-state license eligibility; at least one year of behavioral-orientation therapy experience; and crisis-management experience. Evening, night, weekend, and holiday availability may be needed.
