Activities Assistant and Driver

The assistant leads and supports recreational programs that encourage resident participation, connection, and engagement. The role also helps plan community events, welcome new residents, and maintain activity records; driving a company vehicle may be required by the community.

What you'll do

• Lead assigned activity programs
• offer varied recreational activities with appropriate supervision
• develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms when applicable
• encourage participation
• inform residents about upcoming activities and maintain event schedules
• welcome and engage new residents
• help plan parties and seasonal or holiday decorations
• maintain activity and participation records
• drive a company vehicle to destinations only if required by the community.
