Mitigation Project Manager

The Mitigation Project Manager role is onsite and field-based in Sheboygan, WI. The salary range is $61,000–$70,000 per year. The position manages property damage mitigation and restoration projects in the Sheboygan area. It exists to keep time-sensitive restoration work organized, documented, and moving toward completion while addressing field issues and risks.

What you'll do

• Inspect assigned project sites and gather field documentation
• communicate with property owners and insurers
• provide project status updates
• monitor and document progress
• maintain job-file communication records
• assess potential environmental hazards and impacts
• prepare service summaries using field documentation, photos, moisture data, and site visits
• manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and project information
• coordinate project teams and stakeholders
• monitor third-party provider performance
• participate in emergency response through a rotating on-call schedule.
