2nd Shift Material Prep Technician

What you'll do

• Use grinders, sanders, and hand tools to smooth welds and remove sharp edges
• inspect parts for imperfections, burrs, and contaminants
• clean parts using air hoses, wash bays, cloths, and solvents
• coordinate with fabrication, paint, and quality control teams
• maintain grinding equipment and tools
• follow safety procedures and use PPE
• handle and stage materials
• maintain an organized work area following 5S standards.
