• ensure warranty repair orders include vehicle history
• complete daily dispatch logs and track carryover vehicles
• coordinate parts requirements
• spot-check repairs
• maintain training in service equipment operation
• follow applicable regulations
• ensure repair orders are accounted for and closed.
