This role supports the American Red Cross Therapeutic Apheresis and Cellular Therapeutics (TCS) programs. This role provides expert clinical oversight and serves as a primary consultant for internal teams and external healthcare partners. The Medical Director leads medical strategy and operations for regulated cellular therapies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and elevating organizational knowledge in clinical apheresis and cellular therapies.

What you'll do

• Direct medical strategy and operations for regulated cellular therapies, partner with executive leadership to expand collection footprints, serve as the program’s medical office representative, and provide medical oversight for the transfer of client-specific protocols.
