Lapping and Polishing Operator

The Lapping and Polishing Operator role is an onsite, full-time position in Devens, MA. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The operator supports Accumet Engineering’s advanced processing, materials fabrication, precision laser services, and critical component assembly work. The role performs precision lapping and polishing to customer specifications and verifies that work meets tolerances. It contributes to production quality and output by following work instructions, checking materials and quantities, and using precision measuring tools.

• Perform lapping and polishing operations to customer specifications
