Behavioral Rehabilitation Specialist — QRTP is an onsite role in Las Vegas, NV, serving the Henderson/Las Vegas area. Pay is $20 per hour. Bamboo Sunrise’s Qualified Residential Treatment Program supports at-risk youth through safety, stability, trauma-informed care, and opportunities for growth. The specialist provides direct supervision, skill-building, behavioral coaching, and crisis support to youth in residential and community settings. The role contributes to safety, stabilization, emotional regulation, independent living, social skills, and healthy coping strategies as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one skills teaching and direct support
• implement interventions for living, social, communication, and family functioning
• use trauma-informed supervision, mentoring, and positive behavioral support
• support youth during crises and follow response procedures
• assist with transportation, appointments, community integration, and recreation as assigned
• document interactions
• maintain confidentiality
• attend supervision and training
• communicate with treatment-team members
• provide after-hours crisis intervention when assigned.
