What you'll do

• Perform nursing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Provide patient-centered care and partner with patients and families on care goals and education. Coordinate and document care with the interdisciplinary team. Participate in performance improvement, shared governance, professional development, and research utilization
