The Lead Carpenter / Leadman role is onsite in Columbus, OH, with up to 10% travel. Pay is $27–$30 per hour. The position supports Thompson Restoration Associates’ residential and commercial restoration and specialty reconstruction projects. The role leads field carpentry and reconstruction work to help restore properties damaged by fire, water, and weather. It directs daily site operations, coordinates inspections and project changes, resolves construction challenges, documents progress, and communicates with property owners and crews.
