What you'll do

• Handle divorce, separation, custody, parenting time, support, maintenance, and modification matters from strategy through resolution
• appear in Arizona courts
• draft and argue motions and prepare briefs
• research and develop case strategy
• counsel clients
• negotiate settlements when appropriate
• coordinate with paralegals and staff
• identify process improvements.
