The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish/English role is an onsite position in Columbia, MD, with in-home service options. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus. EdenPath ABA is a Maryland-based practice focused on clinically grounded care and supporting its RBTs with training and supervision. The RBT provides behavior therapy services to children, following established goals and working with supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). The role contributes to client care through direct service, collaboration, and ongoing communication with the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Provide behavior therapy services to children
• receive hands-on supervision from BCBAs
• use the practice’s quality assurance systems and goal banks
• coordinate with the dedicated liaison for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
• participate in ongoing training and mentorship.
