What you'll do

• Lead production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination
• develop and manage the master production schedule and capacity planning
• drive forecasting, lead-time management, and monthly revenue projections
• coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Quality to resolve constraints and prioritize work
• monitor production flow, inventory, and material availability
• analyze bottlenecks and improve throughput and lead times
• support new product introductions
• maintain ERP/MRP planning data
• lead and develop planning team members.
