The Residential Support Counselor role is onsite in Plantsville, CT; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ behavior and implement individualized behavioral support plans
• provide supervision, mentoring, and crisis intervention using approved training techniques
• assist with daily living activities
• organize therapeutic and recreational activities
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• maintain behavioral and incident records
• communicate with team members and clinical staff
• follow emergency procedures and agency policies
• perform safety checks and support medication storage monitoring.
