What you'll do

• Oversee quality, operational efficiency, cost, risk, compliance, engagement, provider relationships, and growth
• guide operations leaders and center administrators
• develop and execute division strategy and business plans
• build physician and health system partnerships
• support patient-centered care and growth initiatives
• oversee financial performance, budgets, and forecasts
• support board governance and stakeholder relationships
• lead crisis response and continuous improvement
• travel up to 60% of the time, averaging 40–60%.
