The primary purpose of this role is to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with children, implement behavior intervention plans, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, assist with daily living activities, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the clinical team.
