The Certified Medical Assistant — Clinic role is onsite in Hamilton, TX, with compensation of $16–$17.50 per hour. The Staff Pad is recruiting for a leading healthcare provider’s patient-focused clinical team. The assistant supports clinical procedures and daily patient-care operations by preparing patients for exams, documenting information, coordinating communication, and maintaining supplies and organized exam rooms.

What you'll do

• Record patient observations, responses, and provider orders
• coordinate communication among patients, families, and providers
• escort and prepare patients for exams and obtain vitals, weight, height, and health history
• assist with surgical procedures, administer medications, and perform blood and urine testing
• process refill requests
• maintain exam rooms and inventory
• follow confidentiality, HIPAA, infection-control, and safety protocols.
