The manager leads daily packout and order-fulfillment operations, ensuring food products are correctly prepared, labeled, packaged, and shipped on time. The role coordinates staff and partner departments while maintaining food quality, safety, inventory control, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Oversee order fulfillment and verify quantities and labeling
• monitor staff records and submit payroll
• manage, train, and schedule packout employees and driver support associates
• coordinate with production, transportation, warehouse, customer service, and shipping teams
• complete weekly inventory and investigate shortages or overages
• ensure contracted orders and down-stacking routines are completed
• monitor food-safety and driver logs
• maintain packaging-material inventory
• track performance metrics
• troubleshoot workflow issues
• schedule equipment maintenance
• enforce safety and regulatory requirements.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Two to four years of warehouse management experience is preferred. Work may involve extended standing and walking in a refrigerated environment of 34°F–40°F.
