Senior Contracts and Claims Manager

What you'll do

• Support risk mitigation and contracting strategies
• analyze contract conditions and assist project management with execution
• review tenders and contracts
• support major contract negotiations and prepare final documentation
• lead post-award contract execution
• manage variations, extensions, change requests, delay and conflict matters
• coordinate documentation for potential litigation, arbitration, or alternative dispute resolution
• manage claims and supplier relationships
• communicate with internal stakeholders.
