Maintenance Technician – Bayberry

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and perform preventive maintenance
• respond to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
• assist with vendor and contractor coordination
• maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inspection logs
• check HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• coordinate priorities with Community Managers
• monitor and reorder supplies
• follow safety and regulatory standards
• support improvement projects and train temporary or new maintenance staff as needed
• participate in the on-call rotation for emergencies.
