Experienced Cadillac Technician / Automotive Service Technician

Job overview

The Experienced Cadillac Technician / Automotive Service Technician role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, with flat-rate pay of $25–$40 per flagged hour. The technician joins the service team at CMA’s Colonial Auto Center. The technician diagnoses and repairs Cadillac and other domestic vehicle systems to manufacturer standards, completing accurate repairs and documentation while supporting quality and productivity in the service operation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair Cadillac vehicles to manufacturer standards
• perform electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC diagnostics and repairs
• use OEM diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• complete warranty and customer-pay repairs
• document repairs and inspections
• communicate with Service Advisors and management
• stay current on GM and Cadillac technologies, procedures, and training.
