Fitness Sales Appointment Coordinator

The Fitness Sales Appointment Coordinator role is onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, and pays $20–$22 per hour. The coordinator builds a pipeline of prospective members by contacting leads, responding to inquiries, and arranging in-person consultations with the coaching team. Consistent follow-up and accurate CRM tracking support membership sales and local outreach.

What you'll do

• Contact leads by phone, text, and email
• conduct outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
• respond to inbound inquiries
• follow up with prospects
• build rapport with prospective clients
• schedule consultations with the coaching team
• track activity in the CRM
• represent D1 Training in the community.
