The educator supports families concerned about a child’s development by delivering the Parents as Teachers curriculum, conducting assessments and screenings, setting family-centered goals, and coordinating access to services and resources.

What you'll do

• Conduct home visits and maintain a caseload of 15 families
• implement the Parents as Teachers model and curriculum
• prepare visit plans and complete documentation
• connect families with resources and support participation in IEP or AzEIP meetings
• administer developmental, sensory, and other listed screenings
• help facilitate monthly group connections
• attend required training and supervision.
