Multi-Site Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage financial performance across multiple properties and meet occupancy, renewal, and NOI goals
• provide timely reporting to regional leadership
• execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends
• conduct property and unit inspections
• partner with maintenance and vendors to ensure service and compliance
• hire, train, and coach on-site teams
• identify operational efficiencies while maintaining quality and resident experience.
