This manager develops the regional sales territory and independent representative network, grows distribution and project opportunities, and supports profitable market growth through customer relationships, product training, and coordination with internal teams.

What you'll do

• Achieve regional sales targets through territory and channel development
• lead, train, and develop independent sales representatives
• grow sales through electrical distribution partners
• develop business with ESCOs, contractors, architects, and end users
• create territory sales plans
• provide LED lighting and EVSE product training
• manage project pricing and stock business
• identify retrofit and EV charging opportunities
• monitor competition, pricing, and customer needs
• partner with inside sales, customer service, and marketing.
