This position drives digital and talent-led campaigns from strategy through reporting, helping clients connect brand objectives with creator communities and cultural moments. It manages day-to-day client needs, supports talent-focused events, and contributes to campaign execution while mentoring junior staff and building trusted relationships with clients, talent representatives, colleagues, and media partners.

What you'll do

• Execute earned and paid influencer communications strategies
• prepare and edit creative briefs, talent contracts, client memos, and briefing notes
• monitor news and pop culture for relevant opportunities
• support deliverables across a roster of 4–6 clients
• assist with talent-focused events and influencer activations
• manage on-site talent logistics
• mentor junior staff
• maintain relationships with clients, partners, and media.
