Job overview
The Technology Designer role is hybrid and based in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $62,400–$130,000 per year. The role supports HEAPY Solutions’ integrated technology design work across multiple building markets. The designer plans and coordinates ICT systems for building projects, working with clients and multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions that meet project requirements and support delivery from concept through construction.
What you'll do
- Design structured cabling, networking, audio-visual, security, and other ICT infrastructure
- collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams
- prepare design documentation, specifications, calculations, and technical reports
- support projects from concept through construction
- conduct field observations
- review shop drawings and submittals
- support project execution through design quality and coordination.
