Development Facilities Coordinator

It helps keep facilities issues and maintenance programs organized and supports capital projects and store operations.

What you'll do

• Receive and prioritize service requests
• troubleshoot minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and handyman issues
• review facility plans and blueprints
• coordinate vendors, property managers, operations teams, and maintenance crews
• maintain service databases and asset records
• track preventive maintenance
• update service costs, approve invoices, manage procurement and business licenses
• support capital projects, new store sets, remodels, upgrades, and warehouse inventory.
