What you'll do

• Direct and coordinate obstetrical nursing care using the nursing process
• resolve clinical and operational delivery issues
• lead performance improvement initiatives and monitor regulatory, legal, accreditation, and Joint Commission compliance
• oversee staff scheduling, development, and evaluations
• serve as a clinical resource to nursing and multidisciplinary teams
• coordinate patient education programs focused on Labor and Delivery.
