What you'll do

• Develop recruitment strategies and source advanced practice providers and other clinical professionals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, conduct outreach and screening, coordinate interviews and offers, support credentialing and onboarding handoffs, track recruiting activity, and report pipeline and market updates to leadership.
