Shift Lead Manager

What you'll do

• Provide friendly and efficient guest service
• support guest engagement
• assist with guest service, cake production, merchandising, and cleanliness
• train and guide team members
• delegate shift tasks
• maintain product quality and food safety standards
• help with stocking, inventory checks, and shift goals
• fulfill guest orders
• participate in opening and closing procedures, register handling, and cash accountability.
