The Clinical Apprentice — BCBA Fieldwork Program is an onsite, full-time role in Detroit, MI. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour, with $2 per hour increases at each program stage. Centria Autism’s Elevate Program provides paid fieldwork, supervision, and mentorship for people pursuing BCBA certification. Working as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, the apprentice delivers applied behavior analysis therapy and develops clinical skills through a structured three-stage pathway. The role supports children and families through compassionate, client-led, data-informed care while building toward a BCBA career.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy in an in-center environment
• participate in individual and group supervision with experienced BCBAs
• develop skills in assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, and ethics
• attend professional development sessions and apply learning
• progress through the Elevate program stages and collaborate with the care team.
