What you'll do

• Provide care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as outlined in care plans
• maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality
• escort residents to meals and activities
• ensure assigned residents are clean, dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts
• document services provided
• promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to a supervisor.
