The Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Wilmington, NC. Compensation is $30–$42 per hour. The position supports resident care at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove. The nurse assesses residents’ needs, develops individualized care plans, administers and evaluates nursing care, and supervises nursing assistants and other personnel. The role contributes to quality care while following applicable standards, infection-control policies, and nursing procedures.

What you'll do

• Assess resident needs

• maintain established nursing practice standards. Complete specialized infection prevention and control training before or within the first week of hire.

Why this role

Full-time, Monday–Friday flexible day shift with 8-hour shifts. Requires a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of work, current CPR certification, and at least two years of RN/LPN experience in a healthcare facility.
