The director leads regional B2B sales execution to grow direct revenue, strengthen sales performance, and build commercial discipline across hotel properties. The role works with hotel leaders and the National Sales Team on groups and meetings, leisure, and business travel.

What you'll do

• Develop property-specific sales action plans with hotel leaders
• guide hotel sales teams in growing accounts and prospecting for groups, business travel, and catering/events
• review commercial plans monthly
• monitor pipeline health and sales performance
• coach teams
• and collaborate with the National Sales Team on demand-generating initiatives. Travel across U.S. properties is required as needed.
