What you'll do

• Build and manage email marketing automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• create lead nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, and drip programs
• maintain email templates, landing pages, forms, lists, and lead management processes
• write and edit marketing and client communications
• administer Salesforce configuration, flows, reports, and dashboards
• maintain CRM data integrity
• troubleshoot platform and connector issues
• analyze campaign performance and conduct A/B tests
• collaborate with Sales, Broker Relations, Client Services, and leadership.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) experience, five or more years in email marketing, marketing automation, or content marketing, and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification.
