What you'll do

• Pick up trash and keep common areas and dumpster areas clean
• use power blowers and pressure washers
• maintain flowerbeds, plants, grass, and pool areas
• walk the property to remove debris
• clean carpets in resident apartments
• communicate work status and issues to supervisors
• schedule, monitor, and perform work orders as needed
• maintain and order supplies as directed
• assist office staff with notices
• perform emergency maintenance as required
• inspect buildings and grounds
• and provide customer service. English and Spanish comprehension is required. The posting states weekend and non-traditional holiday work, possible on-call availability, and some travel.
