Customer Experience Scheduling Coordinator

The Customer Experience Scheduling Coordinator role is described as hybrid and is based in Syracuse, NY. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. The coordinator works with customers, sales representatives, the Director of Operations, and installation and operations teams to support project delivery. The role serves as the customer’s primary contact after a sale and coordinates installation schedules and project progress. By managing appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, communicating updates, and addressing customer feedback, the coordinator helps projects finish on time and meet customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide status updates
• partner with sales representatives as the post-sale contact for assigned customers
• respond to Medallia and Signature Service Surveys
• manage installation schedules, appointments, system updates, and conflicts
• coordinate resources with the Director of Operations
• track installations, vendor deliveries, JIPs, and mismeasured units
• monitor project progress and customer satisfaction
• escalate issues when needed.
