What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, fixture replacement, minor repairs, and appliance troubleshooting
• prioritize and complete work orders
• coordinate service appointments and update residents
• prepare units for turnover
• inspect properties and identify maintenance and safety issues
• document work and expenses
• escalate specialized work
• travel daily between sites
• participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
