What you'll do

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items to recipe and quality standards
• keep the line station clean, stocked, and organized
• complete prep work and assist with kitchen opening, closing, and cleaning
• follow food safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures
• work with the kitchen and restaurant team
• potentially assist with food preparation and service at the Silverton Christmas Market Food Haus.
