Resident Care Aide / Medication Assistant — Day Shift

The Resident Care Aide / Medication Assistant role is onsite in Slingerlands, NY, on a full-time 7 a.m.–3 p.m. schedule, paying $16–$18 per hour based on experience. Peregrine Senior Living at Guilderland provides senior assisted living and memory care, including care for residents with memory impairment. This role supports residents’ daily care while preserving dignity and encouraging independence. The aide assists with personal care, documents care, reports changes in residents’ conditions, and encourages participation in community activities.

What you'll do

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and promoting independence
• follow residents’ rights regulations
• maintain and document care records
• promptly report changes in condition to a supervisor
• encourage participation in community activities.
