This role supports the Renaissance Economic Development Corporation, a nonprofit CDFI focused on small business development. The role exists to assist the Business Advisor team in serving small businesses throughout NYC. The intern gains hands-on experience in business counseling, loan application support, and community engagement while providing essential bilingual support to diverse entrepreneurs.

What you'll do

• Provide Spanish/English translation
• assist with client intake and scheduling
• support loan application preparation
• maintain client records in Salesforce
• conduct market research
• shadow business advisors.
