• assist with repairs and installations involving structural integrity, sanitation, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC
• facilitate safety training
• communicate maintenance issues
• prepare work reports
• remain accessible for after-hours issues and respond within 30 minutes when scheduled for on-call status.
